What do you do in FBLA?
We gain leadership and career skills through competitions, projects, and networking opportunities. FBLA members can network with business professionals through guest speakers and business tours. We also host fundraisers and socials with other high schools, so there are plenty occasions to make new friends. FBLA is a great place to develop the skills necessary to become successful during and after high school. Check out our gallery to gain a brief glance of what we have done.
How do I join?
Come join us at our Monday lunch meetings in Rooms 311/312. Listen to the morning announcements for the room number. You can also contact any of our officers for more information.
I'm not really a business person. How could FBLA benefit me?
We are not just future business leaders; we are leaders, period. Through an array of networking, community service, and professional opportunities, FBLA builds empowering leadership skills. In addition, our welcoming community is a great place to make friends. Take a look at our gallery to see what we have done.
Do the competitions only consist of tests?
Nope! Multiple choice tests are usually only a preliminary part of the competitions. Many events also include public speaking, case studies, or even finished products such as websites. Don't worry if this sounds overwhelming; you have an officer team and student community to help you! You can ask a question or request a mentor using the contact form at the bottom of the page.
